• Organized support for Governor Kotek’s Housing Production Bill, SB 1537, and followed up to help on initial implementation
   

Moved Reform of Regulations Hindering Housing Production

• Instigated, shaped, and helped ensure passage of Commissioner Rubio’s Regulatory Relief Package

• Successfully lobbied for consolidation of permitting functions at the City of Portland

• Lobbied for the creation of and served on the workgroup resulting in changes to the City’s Inclusionary Housing Program

• Capitalized on opportunities to push policies to support our goals like the Montgomery Park Plan and height adjustments in Portland’s Central City
   

Worked to Elect Pragmatic and Informed Portland City Councilors 

• Co-Founded United for Portland and served on Board of Directors

• Hosted Housing Production Panel for 40 Portland City Council Candidates

• Collaborated with partners to elect six endorsed candidates to Portland City Council
